The nuclear power station in Emsland is in use since 1988.

The owners are RWE (87.5%) and E.ON (12.5%).

Since then he produces around eleven billion kWh of electricity every year, with having about 300 employees.

The combustible material it uses is Uranium 235.

It has an electric power of 1.335 MW

and a thermal power of 3.850 MW.

 

It’s going to be closed down at the latest in 2022.
